I am a hands-on full-stack engineer and independent product builder focused on AI products. In recent work, I have owned the full path from product direction and user experience to system architecture, engineering execution, launch, and live operation.
My strongest work is turning ambiguous early ideas into working product systems: deciding what is worth building, shaping the boundaries, shipping the first version, and keeping the product maintainable as it evolves.
Rather than owning only one layer, I am most useful when a product needs one accountable builder across product judgment, full-stack execution, release quality, reliability, and feedback-driven iteration.
Before going independent, I spent five years as an Android engineer at Sogou, Qunar, and Ctrip. That consumer-app background still shapes how I think about stability, release discipline, performance, and product feel.
